NevsEmailer, written in VB.Net, is a data driven Email routine that sends HTML messages to clients. With a merge facility, NevsEmailer allows client particulars to be inserted into HTML templates. NevsEmailer runs in the Background, executing all commands from a Command File. The commands can come from any source, Microsoft Access or from a program. Each Email is sent individually to each client, as a personalised message.

Technical Details:

• The format of the Email address is checked before sending the Email.
• Any errors are listed in the program folder.
• The Logo of a Website may be inserted into the HTML.
• The program can be scheduled to run at regular intervals.
• The program is independent of Microsoft Outlook.
• A file can be sent as an attachment to the Email.
• The Subject, attached file and variables may be different for each Email.
• The Program can be stopped and started at any time.
• As processing is done in the background, there is no wait for completion.
